I can login in to all of my other secure sites with no trouble any suggestions would be appreciated Unfortunately changing regions didn’t work I have tried accept all cookies also

Regions bank app not working i have had the regions bank app on my iphones and ipads for years
Now the app does not work on my iphone x or my ipad pro 9.5
Now i get the message attention unable to process request at this time. Quit and relaunch safari normally, and then enter the link to your bank in the address bar with a return I recommend this in case the bank has a different link than any prior saved bookmark. I would contact regions bank for support if this is the only site you can't log into.
