All sound in my 2021 recharge was somehow disabled today while i was driving, including the sound for the turn signal, bluetooth audio, siriusxm radio and fm radio
It looked like music was playing but there was no actual sound
I tried turning the radio on and off Today i got my first ever warning message…exterior sound system malfunction, service required i was coming home, steady rain, message comes on Pull into the garage, immediately back out of the garage and i can clearly hear the normal star trek system noise as well as the beeping while backing. Planning on a consummate post 1 stop shop of slick quick tips and tricks of youtube videos as well as articles
Please add based on your experience and knowledge It’s meant mostly for new owners of 2023/2024 models and for the rest of the 2021/2022 models more of a repetition or an add/modify. There are some other threads and posts about how to reset your tcam in the xc40 and c40, but when i had to do it myself on my c40, i still had to figure a few things out, and i discovered some shortcuts Hopefully this will simplify the process for others.

Bought the car at 30,000 miles so didn't know about the first failure Second failure has involved clutch, flywheel and crankshaft so far Car still in garage nearly two months since breaking down I just got a 2021 recharge and am looking for recommendations for dash cameras
It feels a bit more involved with this car with all the sensors and i don't want to block anything My xc40 stop/start and park assist function ceased to work 2 weeks after the warranty period (3yrs) expired Took the car to dealer who said it required new s/s battery £350 to fit replacement Booked the car in but before the repair date the car s/s and park assist started working again so cancelled the repair.
I’m expecting delivery of a my23 c40 ultimate within the next month
Any recommendations for integrated dash cams Likely only going to need the front, but open to recommendations I’ve looked at fitcamx, but there are mixed reviews from installs What is this community using?
