R/chase r/chase current search is within r/chase remove r/chase filter and expand search to all of reddit I don't see any field to search by name for my bank account, on web or mobile. I just want to see if this is standard procedure or if something is wonky with my account

Every single time i log in, even if i click remember me, using the same browser, i have to get a verification code texted to me in order to log in

I just moved into a new apartment and was told to mail the rent check to the management corp They said they don't have an online option Does anyone know if there is a way to use chase's website to have them send a check to someone, rather than filling one out and mailing it myself
I'm not looking for a wire transfer or zelle payment, but a way to have a physical check auto.
For anyone else experiencing this, i also had to call chase tech support and ask them to link my credit card account to my checking account No apparent way to do it on your own. I’ve been trying to unlock my card but every time i’m greeted with the same “this part of our site isn’t working right now” Is anyone else facing this problem
So maybe i can put it off as simple maintenance. Have you attempted basic troubleshooting (different web browsers, clear change/cookies, etc.) if so and still nothing call chase customer service and get connected to their online support team they may need to open a ticket
