When i logged back into tinkercad this morning, the project i was working on has disappeared

I am a high school teacher, and my students are making the jump from tinkercad to fusion 360

We have been importing basic shapes from Steps to reproduce everytime i try to export a (not that complicated) design i made in tinkercad or even try to send to fusion360 it locks up and says it is having problems and try again later Expected results could you please tell me what im doing wrong ?(if anything) or is it just a glitch
