It's a long read (250 odd pages) and you can skim through it. My online portal still shows case is received even this site shows case received I luckily checked my documents tab and saw approval notice snd also called to uscis to confirm if i am approved, agent verified it too but the status still hasn’t changed. Each time they said the same thing
Being tired, i tried to dig into the issue myself and tried to check the status online and found that they verify our existence in this country through a system called save and when i check the case number it said 'additional information required' i tried to check more about it but it was a dead end.
