I encountered a rather specific problem on the latest version of canary 27842, although it did not appear immediately after installing this build, but only yesterday after updating copilot, microsoft 365 (via store) and armoury crate. Recently, azure ad logs started showing consistent failed logins for over 90% of the users in my tenant, most of them coming from external ips located in countries like china and russia. Microsoft 365 login hi folks, i can't login into my microsoft account from any office 365 application on my laptop I can login to my my account in any webbrowser, on my smartphone and so an Unfortunatly there is no working microsoft support system for this problem. Office 365 'more information required' on login i have set up an office 365 organization with 3 users Upon logging in we get the following message more info required, your organization needs more information to keep your account secure see attached if i click next we are then required to set up the authentication app. Just go to admin.microsoft.com > users > active users > select the shared mailbox > reset password After this, you can login with the username/password
Of course, if you access it via portal.office.com you won't see outlook but if you go directly to outlook.office365.com you will get access to the mailbox.
