The item is currently in transit to the destination When i typed the tracking number into canada post, it came up with 'multiple pin' I just spent one hour and 48 minutes on the phone with canada post and got a firm answer and solution! [resolved] received a canada post delivery card, but the tracking number on it shows we didn’t find an item so something weird happened today

The tracking number aliexpress uses to get packages out of china works well until just after import to canada ( may be similar in every country) once they arrive the importer slaps a new canada post tracking number on the package on top of the original label
The importer doesn't update the aliexpress tracker and doesn't inform the receiver. The tracking number on a recent order off amazon wouldn't work either even though it said it was being delivered by canada post, once up and running (24ish hrs) details were very vague. First experience with canada post I live in the united states and i ordered something from etsy on 8/13 and the seller shipped it via canada post on 8/16 where a usps tracking number was generated
