The creator of the pigeon series, knuffle bunny, and elephant & piggie, during his residency, mo developed and presented multidisciplinary programming and performances across the kennedy center including theater, jazz, dance, classical music, comedy, digital experience, and outreach. Recipients have each had an impact on the rich tapestry of american life and culture through the performing arts. Kennedy center education provides resources and experiences that inspire, excite, and empower students and young artists, plus the tools and connections to help educators incorporate the arts into classrooms and learning spaces of all types.
