I can unwind and the wire will come out no problem I started fishing the croix a coupl. Then, when i have the ball at my desired depth, it will not tighten up

So monday early morning i drove over to faribault and fished cannon lake for the first time Thought it was a nice side lake but found it pretty odd that everyone was so far spread out Most lakes there seems to be a. I guess i should probably wait till i have tested them but these were in a 40v black & decker tool battery from canon the battery said it is supposed to be 2.5ah but i see 15 on the cells so probably more like 1500mah i believe the pictures are clear but they say (thiss 18650hr15 2019.08.03 3.6v)
