I had been using windows 11 from quite a while
The fix was to disable wsl from windows features Press win + s, type turn windows features on or off, and open it Uncheck windows subsystem for linux Click ok and restart your computer.
The default is to listen on localhost (127.0.0.1), which means it can't be accessed from outside the machine If you have multiple ip addresses that route to the machine, it can be used to. Let me know if the problem. I seem to have a fix for my own problem
