Every time i try to login, my user id just disappears from the input bar
I can log into the mobile app and the web based app but not desktop.

Now, whenever you click on thinkorswim it should jump pass the login and just go straight into opening up the application Obviously you don't want to do this on anything other than your own personal profile on your pc/laptop.
So, i'm able to login to thinkorswim on my laptop and my iphone except my desktop pc I was unable log into tos after the schwab update (bottom lower left corner gear symbol.) this changed the log in screen from blue back to the normal green I am in the last group to transition
I feel that the update should not have defaulted to schwab

Applications / thinkorswim / usergui (mac) edit vmoptions file in the same location (program files / thinkorswim / thinkorswim.vmoptions or applications / thinkorswim / thinkorswim.vmoptions) and overwrite it to add this chunk of code: On thinkorswim, when you get to the login screen.hit the gear on the lower left then select clear cache and restart
I did that and it worked now perfectly. In the last few weeks, my thinkorswim web keeps logging out after a short period of time It used to stay all day without issue
