This only leads me to conclude that the programming for the online banking takes second place to programming for the app I keep getting the following message when i try to log on I would love for someone from barclays to confirm or deny this.

Tried to register for online banking, completed details as required on first page (savings account with card number), but does not progress to second page
When i call the number, it says it's their 'digital helpdesk', but after entering sort code and account number, it sticks me on the back of their telephone banking.
I did try clearing barclays cookies and this didn't help The mobile app works fine (i use barclaycard one that gives access to current accounts as well), but i hate using apps for anything but checking balances and there are some very small daily limits in place for bank transfers. However, i have had some success just recently telephoning barclays on 0345 050 4585 (fraud & scams) on a saturday to unblock my account During that call, barclays suggested selecting 'transfer to another account' from the drop down 'reason' menu instead
This shouldn't then prompt their systems to query the transfer as a potential scam I use barclays online banking on my desktop I have today noticed that any payees to whom i have made a payment in the past week or so have been deleted from my saved payees list I contacted barclays, who are aware that there is a problem
They can still see all my payees listed, even though i can't
