Fsa account getting stuck on confirm information page i've been completely unable to access my fafsa, dashboard or any services associated with my account after i login lately Trying to create a fafsa account and after entering my contact info and hitting “continue,” the screen doesn’t advance The website always redirects me to the confirm contact information page (image below), even though i've filled it in 50 times.

Delete the fafsa form under you childs account and go through the process again
When you get to the contributor info, send and invite to the parent with the fafsa.
Is there a place on the collegeboard website where i can see my css profile from previous years If not do you think my school might have a copy that i can see? I just talked to them on the phone and they sent me an email for account recovery support and said it would take a couple days From there they had send me an email to fsaidverify@ed.gov with the following information
Id/passport (picture) i would give them a call It took me over an hour for them to reply My stepmom can't create a fafsa account because the verification code won't send to her email We have tried multiple times to create an account and waited over an hour for a code to send, as well as requested the code to be resent, but nothing has changed

Parent contributor for my daughter, when i clicked the yellow button for signature, it gave a place to put first and last name, birthday, ss# and email Every single time it would not work and it kept saying to log out and try later.
