Let me know if anyone has heard anything!
Didn't attend harvard for undergrad (but went to a similar school filled with similar people), so ymmv With the exception of small, liberal arts colleges where random chance of which students join the small incoming class can determine a lot of the vibe, basically every year of students in every t20 college in america is the same. Harvard takes great students and gives them material to learn from There's a fallacy where some students think if they could somehow get admission to harvard, then harvard would make them into geniuses
Harvard tries to get geniuses (or very bright students), feed them advanced stuff, and expect them to keep up. Additionally, at harvard, you also have the opportunity to befriend classmates from a plethora of disciplines. It's like harvard has to put barriers for everything and make everything so hard to get. What is the grading scale used at harvard
On our transcripts, will it show the exact percentage
Will it show pluses and minuses or just a letter grades And what is the gpa equivalent to different percentages And in the future, when we apply to clubs and honor societies and jobs, do they see the transcript and course rigor or just gpa? Stanford has many too including startx
Financial aid for both is similar Location isn't a main factor for me Harvard does seem to have a bigger network/name brand. Is a harvard online certificate worth it
