I currently have the value plan whereby my line fees are $40 but i get a $25 discount, so my net line fee is $15.00 per line Since i have directv, i am eligble for the unlimited data plan for $60. We just got a nighthawk for dtv stream We have it on the main floor of our house
The tv in our upstairs bedroom can’t connect to it without unplugging it and moving it upstairs Now i am stuck in a 2 year contract with directv because of it I have pleaded numeous time with multiple reps, been place on hold only to have my call dropped, told that i must have misunderstood the sales rep, and the list goes on with the excuses. I called at&t in the morning (6/5/2017) to cancel my dsl internet service which is already more than 10 years in my home
A nice lady told me that the at&t system is down and can't cancel the servi.
I have spent around 8 hours to correct this data usage problem At&t indicated that i used 6 g in 12 hours on the first day of my cycle Apple says basically that is a crock As i was sleeping half of that and as i don't stream, watch movies, etc

I have already been checking prices and availablity I would hate to leave at&t because of this, but i may have to The hallmark channel has been gone since september 1, 2010.
