They run a fake exchange that takes deposit and then keep your money I tried to swap bnb to ltc today on their website. I would not recommend changenow.io I have some funds still stuck on that swap, and they’re wanting to charge me a ridiculous amount to try to get a refund
My interactions with customer service seems like they use random people and their responses are all can response which is completely helpless.
