I'm about to build another ka24det and was wondering how much boost/power is the felpro paper type headgasket good for (apparently i heard 400) I think need the idle to be close to 800rpm while setting the ignition timing so what i did is i chocked the iac hose to lower the rpms. I know people always bash on felpros and i was planning to run a multiple layer steel type cometic hg, but i also hear bad stuff about them

Hey guys, im just putting toghther my bottom end finally today and i plastigauged the main bearings, they are 0.001 at most
I went ahead and lubed the bearings with the arp lube that came for the studs and then followed the arp torque procedure from jgs to torque them all down
Simple question what the hell does it technically do I hear its considered emissions, but from the sound of it it seems like a good thing Does it aid in atomization by increasing in cylinder swirl Something that makes any difference to gas mileage or power?

Ka24de oil pan with baffle’s, larger volume, return bung, temp bung…. So moroso has expressed interest to a local shop here to explore the market interest for this product Its pre design stages so comments are welcome

The problem is when i try to set my ignition timing, i unplug the tps, start the car and it idles at 1500rpm
