However, if you do the event quest unreconciled stars before mona's story quest, catherine would refer mona as the wondering astrologer and she will introduce mona and mc to each other Since you haven't met before If you finish the event quest and then start mona's personal story quest, paimon and you will recognize mona at the beginning!
