Or have you had a bad experience. My elk hunting is mostly in timber and shots will most likely be 100 yards and less I'll start by saying, i've been reading posts for a long time on here and always get great information from everyone here on the forum

Had worked up a couple loads, but never hunted it So broke down & decided to hunt with it this year Here in montana i have to hunt deer & elk at the same time So, worked up a load using the barnes 6.5 127gr lrx, at 2900fps.
