If the property owner is offering a tub as an amenity they should be responsible for making sure it is clean and sanitized If the tub isn’t clean you need to call the property owner or manager and have them address the concern Even if an accident or something happened as long as you didn’t intentionally mess it up or violate any of the rental terms it’s not your responsibility.
