When running a speed test from the my spectrum app, i do not get the download speed to my router I get only the speed to my device. I have low speeds when i do a speed test I have been doing some testing, and i think there are some issues.
I'm having internet issues, my brother was being disconnected from his games but the speed tests were fine and he had 12 ping. We put together this post to answer common questions and misconceptions about ping and traceroute tests. He even ran test with my pc connected directly to the spectrum equipment, bypassing the router, (which i have done on a couple occasions since then) and the upload latency remains My neighbor across the street has latency issues as well, but it doesn’t bothering him as much since they mainly use it for watching videos or just visiting websites.
I've run a few speed tests on your modem and am topping out at around 220 mb/s download which is well below subscribed
I'd recommend scheduling another appointment with a technician, but you could also just try exchanging the modem at a spectrum store. Does spectrum throttle internet speeds
