On 3/15 we get up to no internet, flashing red broadband light. A contract says you agree to pay for service for a given period of time (typically 2 years in the phone context) You leave before then or cancel there is a penalty cost to pay. Sometimes every 10 minutes it would happen and then sometimes not for a few hours then it would go out for an hour or so
