I play the sims 4 exclusively on my pc and have never switched or made multiple accounts I’ve only ever used the one but when i had to switch from orgin to ea all my sims 4 packs were labeled as unowned I tried clearing my game cache, trying to redownload them through ea, and repairing my game but nothings working.
