Can he actually see this information, or is he bluffing? Professors who say, “i can see when you clicked away from the quiz (or test) on canvas,” are telling the truth. Empty threat, canvas only tracks when you tab out and how long, since it's open note and all my notes be on google doc, online, hasn't made a difference, now what professors are more worried about is posting test and exam questions on a site like chegg, and 8 students all copy pasting the answer not even trying to put it in their own words. Canvas cannot detect if you are using an extension, at least not to my knowledge
