I read that one way to extract it is to download unreal engine and after you install that, it comes with a pak extractor tool that you can use to extract pak files. Some have data/resources but no pak file Pak is a pretty general file extension that different engines use for chunks of data with rather different structures

So i tried using vortex and most of the mods i want to use don't seem to work, i'm trying bg3 mod manager currently but not all the mods have a.pak file
