I personally wouldn't recommend it for the other commenters use case of changing your voice to a female voice, or generally for using it for random npc voices or anything like that.

I installed this application a long while ago and used it for about a week on discord Recently, i noticed zero audio was playing out of my laptop speakers After brief investigation, i found that voicemod was causing the issue, and promptly uninstalled it. 11k subscribers in the voicemod community
