When you open ninite you are presented with a list of programs to select from With the exception of ccleaner, they are the programs i use to maintain my computer. Ninite automates installation of publicly available software packages that most likely contain.msi files If you are paranoid, download the.msi files yourself (you should be anyways) and then you have version change control.
So most people know ninite the all in one installer

Is there a way to do this that is simple I saw some advanced installers where i have to program scripts I don't know how to do that stuff. I have been using winstall and winget for years, amazing package manager for windows ecosystems

Sourceforge started losing traffic though and their pulled their adware thingy So, in the end you can't really trust it but, currently, the chances of ninite betraying you is the same as any of the proprietary software you can download from ninite.
