So in conclusion, sea fairy is still the worst legendary, her crystal jam is outclassed by black pearl and frost queen, on top of that if the three don't have their crystal jam black pearl is the better legendary
The best legendary right now is moonlight cookie ( if the other 3 don't have their crystal jams).
Sea fairy is a little better generally because you can use her in pve even against bosses with minimal dps decrease (you'd still want single targes dps though) The jams make things more interesting With it sea fairy buffs water damage substantially But none of the water damage options make great use of it so far
Squink and captain caviar are probably the best sources of water damage but it’s unclear if they want sea fairy on those teams They generally try to stack defense debuffs to go for a one. Sea fairy stun is useless, any bts cookie or milky way could protect your team from getting stunned, which is pretty much the main focus on sea fairy's skill Her water pillars are not the best damage dealers in the game, the best ones are moonlight, squid ink, captain caviar etc.
She is still trash on pve (world exploration, cookie alliance, guild battle etc), stun immunity is present on.
