Hi all, i signed up for a day pass at total fitness whitefield recently and spent just over 4 hours there. Total fitness are refusing to cancel my membership even with medical evidence of my lifelong disability Hi all, i urgently need some advice

In march time i rang total fitness asking to cancel my membership and provided them with the reasons why
I was told this would take effect and that it was cancelled
I was charged the month after for my membership so i went into tf and explained how i cancelled, the lady told me she would cancel it then and there for me Again, the following month i was. Hi all, just wanted to let you all know that after much haggling, total fitness offered me a full couple membership for Β£50 per month. I have tried to cancel my contract with total fitness as i am moving and the closest tf gym is over 10 miles away.
Total fitness cancelling membership kevinm2k_2 posts 91 forumite 6 january 2012 at 11:53am hi, we took out membership in total fitness in july 2011 as we'd moved to the cheshire area, we have now moved to back to liverpool but total fitness in liverpool was shut down so the closest one is at least 30 minutes away. 40 forumite 17 september 2010 at 3:56pm I signed up to total fitness gym on 8th jan 2020
Since this time as you are aware there has been a pandemic
I am currently on a 'rolling contract' that total fitness are refusing to release me from I have asked them to provide me a copy of my t's and cs and they have not I no longer need this membership as i will be moving from the area as soon as my house is completed.
