2009 vibe steering rattle by olsjason » sun feb 12, 2012 8:52 pm hello, i recently purchased a 2009 vibe 1.8 fwd, and as soon as i got it home i noticed a rattle coming from the steering column area
It occurs at low speeds (parking lots, driveways, etc.) and i can duplicate the noise by jiggling the steering wheel back and forth with the car off. They went side to side, with nothing running front to back. Vibe 2009 just started to slowly idle worse and worse Ignition plugs changed, spark plugs changed, throttle body cleaned, mfs changed, and diagnostic done by dealer.
