In alternate universe scenario of one of budokai games, cell took massive power downgrade from absorbing krillin Same thing could happen here. All in all krillin is beyond what he was back in namek, and above everything that was a part of the saiyan saga (which is well beyond the level boros and garou work on through either destructive power or otherwise) Add krillins superior skill and experience and i don't really see saitama winning this with what he has shown thus far.
