It is the absolute minimum amount of knowledge you need in order to understand elixir/erlang code, support interoperability, read the docs, sample code, etc. Like many of the past elixir releases, this one has a strong focus on developer experience and developer happiness, through improvements to debugging, new debugging tools, and improvements to term inspection. Elixir v1.16 has just been released
