The url <your server>/heatlicensemanager is not log me into system because access denied
I've just waiting from partner license file, perhaps it will be help me
But actually my question why i can't to login without any license ? We want to modify the ivanti service manager login page When our users login of the application the page they see is page with frontrage logo with the application combo box how we can remove application combo box. The you cannot login to the system now could be a licensing thing
Have you loaded a license for each tenant type Have you allocated the license to each tenant for each tenant type Take a look in the configdb tenants workspace, and make sure that every tenant has a tenant type There is a bug, i believe that if you edit the tenant in the opsconsole, it will clear the tenant type drop down.
I don't want to do that
I want it to go to the service catalog workspace (not the service request workspace) and open a specific offering, using the role they are currently logged in with, in the session they have open. Ivanti service manager (this can be any name This is how the application will be identified in okta)app logo Download the attached ivanti.jpg to use as the logo (you may also use any logo you would like to identify the app in okta) app name
Ivanti service manager (this can be any name. Is it possible to give the service catalog item another name in self service mobile ui We don't want our users to mix up our existing service catalog with the request offerings list of ism (which are two different things, according to itil, too). In service manager users are trying to login and get access denied
I have ldap on and their accounts are active in ad as well as in service manager
My question is why do lockouts or access denied issues happen if ldap is enabled Is there a way to troubleshoot this or turn off lockouts of service manager? Finding the tenant id for an instance i am working with a customer trying to automate some items in service manager For their production environment, the var gave me the tenant id which allowed me to connect
