My wife and i would both use the same computer to check online banking (both santander c/a), she doesn't have the santander app on her phone either Santander will send out a text with a unique six digit number if you don't have mobile banking We use chrome browser and have the adnauseam plugin to block ads.

Something that has changed for me recently is when i log on to my santander online account (most of the time i do use the app but occasionally convenient to use pc/laptop) is asking me for a otp, with no option i can see to make a trusted browser.
Santander online banking is down this morning I have been using the app (old one, and the new beta version) without issues all morning Santander is my hub account for many regular savers, and for shuttling money to and from accounts that need minimum monthly deposits. Went to log into my santander account and message came up that my account was blocked for security.
Hi all i'm trying to open a paypal account linked to my santander bank account but it's asking for the address of my bank on the direct debit form. Santander blocked my account since 14th of april Yesterday, the accounts have disappeared from internet banking I have called them and been to the branch.

Occasionally, i have to use online banking, e.g I use chrome for online banking, and the app is on iphone I can’t recall any login or other usability issues.
