I would suggest using the app papago It's not 100% accurate all the time, but i've found it a lot better to use than say something like google translate It can translate a handful of other languages too, all fairly well Alternatively, you could download the naver dictionary app, which gives you an english>japanese dictionary as well as the papago translator built directly into the app.
Has anyone had issues with the papago site lately This has happened on multiple machines in different locations and i've never experienced this issue.
