Title pretty much says it all I've gotten notifications from isp in the past when pirating pc games without a vpn and since then have always used a vpn when torrenting as well as downloading roms I've never gotten a notification from isp for downloading roms and would rather not use a vpn so i can get better download speeds I generally do not torrent roms, used to use emuparadise back in.
