I don't have access at the moment to the equipment's service manual and i don't know the type of ssd supported It is a little door on the back of the computer that has a m.2 slot under it I used a crucial pcie 3.0 nvme m.2 ssd and it doesn't look like the bios recognised it at all. Finally, i've also tried powering off my machine, removing the battery (it's a laptop), holding the power button for 20 seconds and turning on again, but that didn't change anything

I had windows 10 before i installed ubuntu 20.04. I already tried pressing esc, f2, f9, f11, f12, enter and del during bootup (when green acer logo was displayed), every time without any effect. But now, there is no way to access bios and modify anything I have done a battery reset 3 or 4 times without success in accessing bios
Rebooting from windows settings does not work <f2> does not work at no moment of the booting process My laptop is still covered by guarantee and if there is a hardware problem i want to get it fixed!
