Banjo kazooie was and has always been the better game, in fact i feel it's more or less perfect as a 3d platformer / adventure game Kazooie doesn't actually go after banjo all that much Graphics, story, characters, humour, goat soundtrack, game length.all practically perfect

Very likely something your not interested in, but banjo kazooie and tooie run great on xemu I had to jump thru some hoops and get xemu canary and a patch for the games to run at 60fps properly, but they're flawless otherwise. If we take nate at his word, this game is closing in on 2 years in production It'll probably release by 2026 or 2027, which would still be 4 to 5 years.
