Hopping on here to add my story about dealing with ram customer care and their response to a recall so hopefully others who come across this thread will know what to expect when it comes to the treatment of their customers I used all of my savings to buy my 2019 ram promaster with 60k miles in. The *only* thing that finally got it taken care of was emailing tim kuniskis (ceo of ram) and his executive assistant I still had to do the legwork of finding a transmission in stock at another dealership and refusing to go away or be quiet until they agreed to ship the in stock transmission to the repairing dealership
Officially pissed with dodge/ram/chrysler/stalantis all of them Took my truck to get the back glass leak fixed and was told they were still taking it off then resealing it Made the appointment went to drop it off picked it up the next day and they just “sealed” it Well it didn’t work and two.

My dealer has been good to work with, but…. Ram care absolutely is horrible My case work is none existent Never answers or returns calls
I have talked to other case managers and they assure me that they leave messages for my case manager to. In general fca lost my business over their lack of customer satisfaction, i'm not going to be recommending or shopping jeep or ram because of how bad my experience was 6 years ago In case anybody is wondering, ram customer care live chat is a waste of time I can go ahead and tell you now, they don't know how to do anything other than say take it to your dealer.
Anyone have any suggestions or phone numbers for someone who speaks english?
After just getting hung up on by a ram customer care representative, i do not know what to do here
