Streamlabs for alerts and obs for streaming, or streamelements for alerts but with obs for streaming?
So i decided to check out streamelements and after some googling found a lack of answering regarding customizing the chat (without overlay or any such)

In that time, i have done a number of sponsorships with se, and never had any major problems But it seems things have changed. The video nerd on youtube has a great tutorial video, best streamelements overlay tutorial for beginners, about this explaining how to build the overlays and event labels. The streamelements mobile app loads a streamelements overlay by default
You can edit this overlay and add any design or widget by opening the my overlays page on your streamelements dashboard and editing the one with mobile in its name.
I think with streamelements, you can get this to work, but it's a bit tricky
