There are so many old quality reels that you can get a cheap bfs spool for, and it will perform extremely well and for cheap With the right rod, one can cast very light lures with these reels but for me, that’s not something about which i’m concerned but i do know some anglers are into finesse casting so it is worth mentioning There's zero reasons to buy temu reels just because they're off the shelf

The sougayilang baitcasting reels are generally the best they have on temu as the brakes actually work 90% of the other reels you can only keep from backlashing by tightening down the tension knob But the spinning reels on temu are surprisingly good for inexpensive reels. Braid on a spin cast reel
