I own tesla 2013 model s and is out of warranty period I reached out to my service center about this loud creaking noise from the front suspension when turning the steering wheel full lock left or right and they said it was normal. Touch screen on mcu is showing up bubbles on the sides and top edge of the screen which is increased from what i noticed last november.
