Ms.chalice while not crazy overpowered, definitely makes some charms such as smoke dash or heart charm (which was already pretty useless since twin heart is just that but doubled of buffs and debuffs) kinda useless, i will say only in the ground levels though, she’s balanced in the airplane ones though.
