I have been on a cpap machine since fall of 2018
I was using the phillips dreamstation and i replaced the air chamber with one without foam aft
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2023 and have struggled to adjust to the cpap I'm on day 4 of my third attempt, first night was last saturday 11/30 My last cpap attempt was back in march/ Hello, hope you all can help
I've been using a lowenstein prisma with nasal pillows for 6 months and although the numbers seem good (i think.), i'm still so sleepy in the morning and often during t 5 months on apap, i still feel tired, sleepy, and have brain fog, migraines are still a thing Today i thought i slept well after i woke up, 3 hours later i passed out in a nap (with pap) that lasted Hi everyone, been using cpap for a few months now
My ahi's are pretty good (i think?) and are typically <1, but i still feel so tired in the morning

Advice, setup manuals, oscar software Make pressure changes and adjustments safely, tips on treatment I have used my cpap device for 2,5 now, but still does not really relieve the fatigue at all
