Everything was running perfectly till 1 week ago Nt kernel consistenty taking 25% of cpu usage for about 3 weeks i have noticed that the system process in windows 10 is taking 30% of my cpu I have searched the web and found various ideas for addressing the problem but my techncal skills are a little rusty. I checked processes with process explorer and found, that svchost.exe_appxsvc and sihost.ece causes high cpu load.

Did you do a proper compatibility check before going for the upgrade
Or did you just directly go for the download? I have found that this usually occurs when spotify have been open for a few hours then it can suddenly start to use high cpu like 25% and when that happens also the system and compressed memory process also can be using high cpu up to 30% If i close spotify then this process returns to normal cpu use within a few minutes. High cpu usage from explorer.exe my explorer.exe consistently uses 25%~ of my cpu, it persists through restarts and restarting the process itself
I believe a reinstall would fix it but i'd much rather fix it manually first if i can Please ask for any more information you may need.
