I have a 128gb ssd system memory in my laptop, and i want to install visual studio community (any version)
However, in the installation wizard when i select a d directory, which is not the ssd (windows installed on) directory, that being the c directory that has windows installed on and is the ssd, but the wizard installs most of the space on the system driver, the c driver, and the minor.
If you open odbc administrator (odbcad32.exe) you should be able to see all the drivers installed. After doing some more research, it appears that the webclient service is needed in order for these functions to work Server 2012/r2 and 2016 do not have this service installed by default On windows 2016 server with desktop experience installed, you must add the webdav feature to add the webclient service A snippet from the log file is below
