Unfortunately, this is not possible in the game There are currently no such mechanics in the game. It's turning ability in general is the worst in the game (along with it's up gunned version h.39) Trying to turn in either will result in all your forward speed being lost and you constantly stopping and going to make anything more then a 5 degree turn regardless of how you started.
