Gotomypc host login problems hi, lately when using gotomypc i can get as far as the host pc lock screen but i am unable to open the login page Most use are able to connect without issue Screen freezes far a bit then reboots with the mouse controls rules and the lock screen

Gotomypc update leaves us unable to connect since sometime late last week, multiple users at my organization have reported their machines either showing up as offline in the gotomypc connect window or as visibly online but refusing to allow an actual connection. Three users got black screens when trying to connect to gotomypc last week three of my users got stuck in a situation where they were disconnected from gotomypc and upon tryin to reconnect, either got 'a connection could not be established to your host computer' or else were taken to a black screen after inputting their access codes. One user having trouble with gotomypc reconnections i'm not really sure how to describe this exactly The gotomypc community is the best place to ask questions about gotomypc Users work from home and use gotomypc to connect to a host pc
At this time, the keyboard/mouse of the host pc is locked for security reasons, and if a problem occurs, the user requests remote control.
