Residents can apply for an elc at any participating branch with the required documentation. The branches now offering the enhanced card include chamizal express library, clardy fox library, enrique moreno express library, judge marquez library, and the main library. The library card will contain personally identifiable information such as a patron’s photo, name, address, height, weight, age and gender.
