So, i went swimming today on my own after a long time
In fact i hadn't gone for swimming since i was 14
Now since i grew up in the past 5 years (i'm 19 now), i had changed in that time What happened was that as soon as i got changed and went into the pool, i just saw these 4 girls that were. Don't wear anything with beads/buttons on it I wouldn't bother with the sports bra as you'll more that likely be put in a changing room and have to take everything from the waist up off then you will be given a hospital disposable gown to put on
I've managed to find myself work experience at a care home for every saturday from 8am to 2pm They said that it involves washing the elderly residents as one of the tasks However, i doubt they have ever had volunteers before as it is a relatively small care home and would they really expect me to wash the elderly I mean i'm somewhat okay with it and i can do it if i must, but i haven't.
Just wondered who showers with others in communal showers after sport matches
